The HCF4001 is a quad 2-input NAND Schmitt trigger logic gate manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is housed in a SO-14 package and is designed for use in high-speed logic applications. The HCF4001 has four independent 2-input NAND gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs. Each gate has a common input and two independent inputs.
