Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage (VCC):

    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the operating range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V.
    • Avoid exceeding the maximum voltage to prevent damage to the device.
  2. Input Voltages (VIL, VIH):

    • Input low voltage (VIL) should be between 0.0 V and 0.8 V.
    • Input high voltage (VIH) should be between 2.0 V and VCC.
  3. Output Voltages (VOL, VOH):

    • Output low voltage (VOL) should not exceed 0.4 V when sourcing 4 mA.
    • Output high voltage (VOH) should be at least VCC - 0.4 V when sinking -0.4 mA.
  4. Leakage Currents (IIL, IOL):

    • Input leakage current (IIL) and output leakage current (IOL) should be within ±1.0 μA to avoid unwanted behavior.
  5. Propagation Delay Time (tpd):

    • The propagation delay time should be no more than 18 ns under typical conditions (VCC = 5 V, TA = 25°C).
  6. Power Dissipation (PD):

    • Ensure that the power dissipation does not exceed 100 mW to prevent overheating and potential damage to the device.
  7. Handling and Storage:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage sensitive components.
    • Store the device in a dry, cool environment to prevent moisture damage.
  8. Circuit Design:

    • Use appropriate decoupling capacitors near the power supply pins to reduce noise and improve stability.
    • Ensure all inputs are properly terminated to prevent floating states, which can lead to undefined behavior.
  9. Testing:

    • Test the device under specified conditions to ensure it meets the required performance parameters.
    • Use a reliable test setup to avoid introducing errors during testing.
