Instructions for Use:

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure that the relay is installed in a location where it will not be exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or mechanical shock.
    • Mount the relay on a printed circuit board (PCB) using the through-hole terminals. Ensure that the solder joints are clean and secure.
  2. Coil Connection:

    • Connect the coil terminals to the appropriate power supply. The coil voltage should match the specified operating voltage (24V DC).
    • Ensure that the polarity is correct, as the relay may not operate correctly if connected incorrectly.
  3. Contact Connection:

    • Connect the load to the common (COM) terminal and one of the normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) terminals.
    • Ensure that the load current does not exceed the maximum contact rating (10A, 250V AC).
  4. Operation:

    • When the coil is energized, the contacts will switch from their resting position to the activated position.
    • When the coil is de-energized, the contacts will return to their resting position.
  5. Testing:

    • Test the relay by applying the specified coil voltage and verifying that the contacts switch as expected.
    • Use a multimeter to check the continuity between the COM and NO/NC terminals in both states.
  6. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • If the relay fails to operate correctly, replace it with a new unit.
  7. Safety:

    • Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or testing.
    • Do not exceed the rated voltage and current specifications to avoid damage to the relay or connected components.
