Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VDD) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to the system ground.
Shutdown Mode:
- To enter shutdown mode, set the SHDN pin to a high state.
- The shutdown current is typically 1 μA at 25°C.
Active Mode:
- To activate the device, set the SHDN pin to a low state.
- The active current consumption is typically 1.5 mA at 25°C with a 1 MHz SCLK frequency.
Clocking:
- Apply a serial clock (SCLK) signal to the device. The maximum output data rate (fODR) is 200 kSPS.
- Ensure the SCLK frequency is within the specified range for proper operation.
Data Output:
- The device outputs 12-bit data. The data is available on the SDATA pin.
- The data is read out in MSB-first format.
Input Signal:
- The input voltage range (VIN) should be between 0V and VDD.
