Instructions for Use
Supply Voltage:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
Operating Temperature:
- The device operates reliably within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
Storage Temperature:
- Store the device in an environment with temperatures ranging from -65°C to 150°C.
Watchdog Timeout Period:
- Set the external resistor (RWD) to 249kΩ to achieve a watchdog timeout period of 1.6 to 2.4 seconds.
Manual Reset Timeout:
- Set the external resistor (RMR) to 249kΩ to achieve a manual reset timeout period of 1.6 to 2.4 seconds.
Power-Good Threshold:
- The power-good threshold (VPG) is set to trigger at 4.4V to 4.6V on the rising edge.
- The hysteresis for the power-good threshold is 200mV.
Output Current:
- The watchdog, manual reset, and power-good outputs can source current up to 0.3mA at VCC = 5V.
Quiescent Current:
- The quiescent current (IQ) is typically 15μA when no load is present and VCC = 5V.
Reset Pulse Width:
- The reset pulse width (TRST) is 100ms to 400ms when VCC = 5V and the power-good delay (TPG) is 1.6 seconds.
Additional Notes:
- Ensure proper decoupling capacitors are placed close to the VCC and GND pins to maintain stability.
