1. Power Supply:

2. Input Signals:

   • For a valid high input, the voltage should be greater than or equal to 3.5V when V_CC is 5V.

3. Output Signals:

   • The output will be low (≤ 0.4V) when driving a load of 20mA at V_CC = 5V.
   • The output will be high (≥ 2.4V) when sourcing a current of -400μA at V_CC = 5V.

4. Leakage Current:

   • Input leakage current should not exceed ±1.0μA.
   • Output leakage current should not exceed ±50μA.
