Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage: Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the operating range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V.
  2. Input Levels:
    • High-level input voltage (VIH) should be at least 2.0 V and can go up to VCC.
    • Low-level input voltage (VIL) should be between 0 V and 0.8 V.
  3. Output Levels:
    • High-level output voltage (VOH) should be at least 2.4 V when IOL = -0.4 mA and VCC = 4.5 V.
    • Low-level output voltage (VOL) should not exceed 0.4 V when IOL = 16 mA and VCC = 4.5 V.
  4. Leakage Currents:
    • Input leakage current (IIL) should be within ±1.0 μA.
    • Output leakage current (IOL) should be within ±5.0 μA.
  5. Temperature Ranges:
    • Storage temperature (TSTG) should be between -65°C and 150°C.
    • Operating temperature (TA) should be between 0°C and 70°C.
  6. Propagation Delay:
    • The propagation delay time (tpd) should be no more than 18 ns under typical conditions (VCC = 4.5 V, fL = 10 MHz).
  7. Power Dissipation:
