Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure that the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 3.0V to 3.6V.
- Connect Vcc to all Vcc pins and GND to all GND pins.
Signal Timing:
- Ensure that the address, data, and control signals meet the specified setup and hold times.
- The access time (tAA) should be at least 10 ns to ensure reliable operation.
Data and Address Lines:
- Connect the address lines (A0-A19) to the appropriate address inputs.
- Connect the data lines (DQ0-DQ7) to the appropriate data inputs/outputs.
Control Signals:
- Chip Enable (CE#): Active low. When high, the device is in standby mode.
- Output Enable (OE#): Active low. When low, the data outputs are enabled.
- Write Enable (WE#): Active low. When low, the device is in write mode.
Write Operation:
- Set CE# and WE# low.
- Apply the desired address to the address lines.
- Apply the data to be written to the data lines.
- Maintain the required setup and hold times for address and data signals.
Read Operation:
- Set CE# and OE# low.
- Apply the desired address to the address lines.
- Maintain the required setup and hold times for the address signals.
- Data will be available on the data lines after the access time (tAA).
Standby Mode:
- Set CE# high to place the device in standby mode, which reduces power consumption.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
- Follow proper ESD precautions when handling the device.
Storage:
- Store the device in a dry environment to prevent moisture damage.
Mounting:
- Follow the recommended PCB layout and mounting guidelines to ensure reliable performance.
