Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure that the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 3.0V to 3.6V.
    • Connect Vcc to all Vcc pins and GND to all GND pins.
  2. Signal Timing:

    • Ensure that the address, data, and control signals meet the specified setup and hold times.
    • The access time (tAA) should be at least 10 ns to ensure reliable operation.
  3. Data and Address Lines:

    • Connect the address lines (A0-A19) to the appropriate address inputs.
    • Connect the data lines (DQ0-DQ7) to the appropriate data inputs/outputs.
  4. Control Signals:

    • Chip Enable (CE#): Active low. When high, the device is in standby mode.
    • Output Enable (OE#): Active low. When low, the data outputs are enabled.
    • Write Enable (WE#): Active low. When low, the device is in write mode.
  5. Write Operation:

    • Set CE# and WE# low.
    • Apply the desired address to the address lines.
    • Apply the data to be written to the data lines.
    • Maintain the required setup and hold times for address and data signals.
  6. Read Operation:

    • Set CE# and OE# low.
    • Apply the desired address to the address lines.
    • Maintain the required setup and hold times for the address signals.
    • Data will be available on the data lines after the access time (tAA).
  7. Standby Mode:

    • Set CE# high to place the device in standby mode, which reduces power consumption.
  8. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
    • Follow proper ESD precautions when handling the device.
  9. Storage:

    • Store the device in a dry environment to prevent moisture damage.
  10. Mounting:

    • Follow the recommended PCB layout and mounting guidelines to ensure reliable performance.
