Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage ( V_ ) is within the range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
    • The supply current ( I_ ) should be between 10mA and 30mA.
  2. Output Levels:

    • When the output is high (( V_ )), it should be at least 2.4V and can go up to ( V_ ).
    • When the output is low (( V_ )), it should be no more than 0.4V.
  3. Input Levels:

    • For a valid high input (( V_ )), the voltage should be at least 2V and can go up to ( V_ ).
    • For a valid low input (( V_ )), the voltage should be no more than 0.8V.
  4. Timing Parameters:

    • Ensure data setup time (( t_ )) is at least 10ns before the clock edge.
    • Ensure data hold time (( t_ )) is at least 0ns after the clock edge.
    • The clock period (( T_c )) should be at least 200ns, corresponding to a maximum clock frequency of 5 MHz.
  5. Power-on Reset:

    • After ( V_ ) reaches 4.75V, allow a power-on reset time (( t_ )) of at least 10μs to ensure proper initialization.
  6. Handling:
