Instructions for Use
Power Supply and Grounding:
- Connect VCC (Pin 8) to the power supply within the specified range (2.5V to 5.5V).
- Connect GND (Pin 4) to the ground.
Chip Select (CS):
- CS (Pin 1) must be pulled low to enable communication with the device.
- When CS is high, the device is in standby mode.
Serial Clock (SCK):
- SCK (Pin 3) is the clock input for the SPI interface.
- The maximum clock frequency is 10 MHz.
Serial Input (SI):
- SI (Pin 2) is the data input pin for the SPI interface.
- Data is shifted into the device on the rising edge of SCK.
Serial Output (SO):
- SO (Pin 6) is the data output pin for the SPI interface.
- Data is shifted out of the device on the falling edge of SCK.
Write Protect (WP):
- WP (Pin 5) can be used to protect the memory from accidental writes.
- When WP is high, write operations are disabled.
- When WP is low, write operations are enabled.
Hold (HOLD):
- HOLD (Pin 7) can be used to pause ongoing read or write operations.
- When HOLD is high, the current operation is paused until HOLD is low again.
Data Sheet and Additional Information:
- Refer to the datasheet for detailed timing diagrams, command codes, and other technical specifications.
- Ensure that all signals are properly synchronized and meet the timing requirements specified in the datasheet.
Handling and Storage:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
- Store the device in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
