The IR2130S is a high voltage, high speed Field Effect Transistor (FET) and Integrated Gate Commutated Thyristor (IGCT) gate driver. It is designed to drive a wide range of high voltage devices like IGBTs and MOSFETs. This device is capable of driving one or two high voltage gates, which makes it suitable for a variety of applications such as welding, motor control, power conversion and traction drives.
