Instructions for Use:

  1. Input Connection:

    • Connect the input terminals to the AC power supply within the specified voltage range (85-265 VAC).
  2. Output Connection:

    • Connect the output terminals to the load. Ensure the load does not exceed the maximum output current (1.5 A).
  3. Mounting:

    • Mount the TNY276GN-TL on a suitable heatsink or PCB with adequate thermal management to ensure the junction temperature does not exceed 150°C.
  4. Protection Features:

    • The device includes Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Short Circuit Protection (SCP), and Over Temperature Protection (OTP). These features will automatically shut down the device if any of these conditions are detected.
  5. Operating Environment:

    • Ensure the operating temperature is within the specified range (-40 to 85°C). Store the device in an environment where the temperature does not exceed 125°C.
  6. Electrical Isolation:

    • The device provides electrical isolation up to 3000 VRMS. Ensure proper insulation and spacing to maintain this isolation.
  7. Start-up Time:

    • The device may take up to 200 ms to start up after power is applied.
  8. Regulation:

    • The device maintains output voltage regulation within ±2% under varying load conditions and ±1% under varying line conditions.
  9. Ripple and Noise:

    • The output ripple and noise should not exceed 100 mV peak-to-peak.
  10. Leakage Current:

    • The leakage current should be less than 0.1 mA to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  11. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid damage. Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions to prevent damage from static electricity.
  12. Testing:

    • Before deploying the device in a final application, conduct thorough testing to ensure it meets all performance and safety requirements.
