Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the specified range of 1.7 to 5.5V.
    • Connect the ground (GND) pin to the system ground.
  2. Pin Configuration:

    • Vcc: Power supply pin.
    • GND: Ground pin.
    • A0-A7: Address lines.
    • D0-D7: Data lines.
    • /CS: Chip select (active low).
    • /WE: Write enable (active low).
    • /OE: Output enable (active low).
  3. Reading Data:

    • Set /CS and /OE to low to enable the chip and output data.
    • Apply the desired address to A0-A7.
    • The data will be available on D0-D7 after a short access time.
  4. Writing Data:

    • Set /CS and /WE to low to enable the chip for writing.
    • Apply the desired address to A0-A7.
    • Apply the data to be written to D0-D7.
    • Return /WE to high to complete the write cycle.
  5. Standby Mode:

    • To minimize power consumption, set /CS to high when the device is not in use.
  6. Data Retention:

    • Data will be retained for up to 100 years under normal operating conditions.
  7. Write Cycle Endurance:

    • The device can withstand up to 1,000,000 write cycles per memory location.
  8. Operating Temperature:

    • Ensure the device operates within the temperature range of -40掳C to +85掳C to avoid damage or data corruption.
  9. Handling Precautions:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the EEPROM.
    • Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions during handling and installation.
  10. Storage:

    • Store the device in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture damage.
