Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
    • Connect VCC to the positive power supply and GND to the ground.
  2. Input Signals:

    • Apply input signals such that the high level (VIH) is at least 2.0V and the low level (VIL) is no more than 0.8V.
    • Ensure the input current does not exceed the specified limits.
  3. Output Signals:

    • The output high level (VOH) should be at least 2.4V when sourcing -0.4mA.
    • The output low level (VOL) should be no more than 0.5V when sinking 16mA.
  4. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay time (tpd) is the time it takes for a change in the input signal to affect the output signal. It should be between 9ns and 15ns under standard conditions.
  5. Thermal Management:

    • Ensure the operating temperature (TA) is within the commercial grade range of 0°C to 70°C.
    • Store the device in an environment where the storage temperature (TSTG) ranges from -65°C to 150°C.
  6. Power Dissipation:

    • The maximum power dissipation per package is 100mW. Ensure adequate heat dissipation if the device is expected to operate near this limit.
  7. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD).
    • Follow proper soldering techniques to prevent thermal shock.
  8. Testing:

    • Test the device under the specified conditions to ensure it meets the performance parameters listed in the table.
