Instructions for Using TLP351H:

1. Forward Voltage (V_F):

   • Ensure that the forward voltage does not exceed 1.6V when the forward current is 10mA.

2. Reverse Breakdown Voltage (V_BR):

   • The reverse breakdown voltage should be at least 5V with a reverse current of 1mA. Do not exceed 7V to avoid damage.

3. Forward Current (I_F):

   • The forward current should be kept between 10mA and 30mA. Operating at the typical value of 20mA is recommended for optimal performance.

4. Reverse Current (I_R):

   • The reverse current should not exceed 0渭A and should ideally be between -1渭A and -0.1渭A to ensure proper operation.

5. Storage Temperature (T_STG):

   • Store the device in an environment where the temperature ranges from -40掳C to 110掳C to prevent degradation.

6. Operating Temperature (T_OP):

   • Operate the device within the temperature range of -40掳C to 85掳C to ensure reliable performance.
