The ISL54105 is a low power, low noise, high performance, dual-channel, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator. It is designed to provide up to 1A of continuous output current with a dropout voltage of only 200mV at full load. The ISL54105 is ideal for powering high performance analog and digital circuits in a wide range of applications. The ISL54105 features a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, adjustable output voltage range of 0.8V to 5V, and a low quiescent current of only 10μA. It also features a fast transient response, low output noise, and excellent line and load regulation. The ISL54105 is available in a space-saving, 72-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.
