Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect Vcc to pins 27 and 1.
    • Connect ground (GND) to pin 14.
  2. Programming:

    • Apply 12.0V ± 0.5V to Vpp (pin 28).
    • Apply 5V to Vcc (pins 27 and 1).
    • Use a programmer that supports the M27C512-15F1 to write data to the device.
    • Ensure the programming current does not exceed 25 mA.
  3. Erase:

    • Expose the device to ultraviolet light through the window on the top of the package for at least 20 minutes to erase the contents.
  4. Reading:

    • Apply 5V to Vcc (pins 27 and 1).
    • Ground all address lines (A0-A18) to read the first byte.
    • Apply the appropriate address to the address lines to read other bytes.
    • The data will be available on the data output lines (D0-D7).
  5. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
    • Store the device in a dry, cool place when not in use.
    • Ensure the device is properly grounded to prevent electrostatic discharge.
