Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Connect Vcc to pins 27 and 1.
- Connect ground (GND) to pin 14.
Programming:
- Apply 12.0V ± 0.5V to Vpp (pin 28).
- Apply 5V to Vcc (pins 27 and 1).
- Use a programmer that supports the M27C512-15F1 to write data to the device.
- Ensure the programming current does not exceed 25 mA.
Erase:
- Expose the device to ultraviolet light through the window on the top of the package for at least 20 minutes to erase the contents.
Reading:
- Apply 5V to Vcc (pins 27 and 1).
- Ground all address lines (A0-A18) to read the first byte.
- Apply the appropriate address to the address lines to read other bytes.
- The data will be available on the data output lines (D0-D7).
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
- Store the device in a dry, cool place when not in use.
- Ensure the device is properly grounded to prevent electrostatic discharge.
