Instructions for W29C011A-15

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure that the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
    • The standby current (ISB) should be monitored to ensure it remains within the specified range.
  2. Programming:

    • Apply the programming voltage (Vpp) of 12.75V to the chip select pin during programming.
    • The programming current (IPGM) should be between 20mA and 40mA.
    • The programming time (TPGM) should be between 50μs and 150μs.
  3. Erase:

    • To erase the device, apply the erase voltage (Vpp) of 12.75V to the chip select pin.
    • The erase time (TERS) should be between 2 seconds and 8 seconds.
  4. Temperature:

    • The operating temperature (Topr) should be between -40°C and 85°C.
    • The storage temperature (Tstg) should be between -65°C and 150°C.
  5. Output Levels:

    • Ensure that the output high voltage (VOH) is at least 2.4V and no more than Vcc - 0.4V.
    • Ensure that the output low voltage (VOL) is no more than 0.4V.
  6. Input/Output Currents:

    • The input leakage current (IIH) should not exceed ±1μA.
    • The output leakage current (IOL) should not exceed ±1μA.
  7. Data Retention:

    • The device is designed to retain data for at least 10 years under normal operating conditions.
