Instructions for Using the IR2125S
Supply Voltage (VCC):
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 10V to 20V.
- Connect the VCC pin to the power supply.
Bootstrap Supply Voltage (VBOOT):
- The bootstrap supply voltage should also be within the range of 10V to 20V.
- Connect the VBOOT pin to the bootstrap capacitor.
Input Levels:
- For the input to be recognized as high, the voltage should be between 2.0V and 5.5V.
- For the input to be recognized as low, the voltage should be between -0.3V and 1.5V.
Output Levels:
- The output high level will be between 14V and 18V when VCC is 15V.
- The output low level will be between 0.3V and 1.5V when VCC is 15V.
Quiescent Current:
- The quiescent current is typically 200 μA when both VCC and VBOOT are 15V.
Short-Circuit Protection:
- The maximum output short-circuit current is 100 mA. Ensure that the load does not exceed this limit to avoid damage.
Timing Parameters:
- The propagation delay time is typically 65 ns.
- The rise and fall times are typically 35 ns each.
Temperature Range:
