- The typical supply current (Icc) is 10mA at 5V.
Output Levels:
- For a high output (VOH), ensure the output voltage is between 4.2V and 5.0V when the load current (IOL) is 0.4mA.
- For a low output (VOL), ensure the output voltage is between 0.0V and 0.4V when the load current (IOH) is -8mA.
Input Levels:
- The input voltage (VIH) should be between 2.0V and 5.5V for a high input.
- The input voltage (VIL) should be between 0.0V and 0.8V for a low input.
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay time for both positive and negative edges (tpd(P) and tpd(N)) should be between 15ns and 25ns at 25掳C and 5V supply.
Temperature Ranges:
- The operating temperature (Ta) should be between -40掳C and 85掳C.
- The storage temperature (Tstg) should be between -65掳C and 150掳C.
