  2. Output Levels:

  3. Input Levels:

    • The input voltage (VIH) should be between 2.0V and 5.5V for a high input.
    • The input voltage (VIL) should be between 0.0V and 0.8V for a low input.
  4. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay time for both positive and negative edges (tpd(P) and tpd(N)) should be between 15ns and 25ns at 25掳C and 5V supply.
  5. Temperature Ranges:

    • The operating temperature (Ta) should be between -40掳C and 85掳C.
    • The storage temperature (Tstg) should be between -65掳C and 150掳C.
  6. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD).
