3. Current Limiting:

   • Do not exceed the rated on-state current (IT(RMS)) of 16A.
   • For transient conditions, the peak on-state current (ITSM) can reach up to 65A for 10 ms.

4. Voltage Ratings:

   • Ensure that the off-state repetitive peak voltage (VDRM) does not exceed 800V.
   • For non-repetitive conditions, the off-state non-repetitive peak voltage (VRRM) can reach up to 1200V.

5. Temperature Management:

   • Operate the device within the junction temperature range (-55掳C to 125掳C).
