Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage (VCC):

    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 1.65V to 5.5V.
    • Connect VCC to the power supply and GND to the ground.
  2. Input Signals:

    • Input high (VIH) should be at least 2.0V and can go up to VCC.
    • Input low (VIL) should be no more than 0.8V.
    • Keep input current (IIN) within ±1μA to avoid damage.
  3. Output Signals:

    • Output high (VOH) will be at least 2.4V and can go up to VCC - 0.1V.
    • Output low (VOL) will be no more than 0.1V.
    • Ensure the output current (IOH and IOL) does not exceed 24mA and -40mA, respectively.
  4. Propagation Delays:

    • The propagation delay time (tpd) is typically 3.5ns with a maximum of 8.5ns.
    • High-to-low (tphl) and low-to-high (tplh) propagation delays are also 3.5ns typical and 8.5ns maximum.
  5. Power Dissipation:

    • Do not exceed 100mW of power dissipation to prevent overheating and potential damage.
  6. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
    • Follow proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions during handling and installation.
  7. Storage:

    • Store the device in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
