Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
    • Connect the ground (GND) pin to the system ground.
  2. Signal Levels:

    • The input signals should be within the specified input high (VIH) and input low (VIL) voltage levels.
    • The output signals will be within the specified output high (VOH) and output low (VOL) voltage levels.
  3. Differential Signaling:

    • The differential output voltage (VOD) should be at least 1.0V for proper operation.
    • The common-mode output voltage (VOCM) should be around 2.5V.
  4. Timing Parameters:

    • The propagation delay (tpd) should not exceed 45ns.
    • The skew (tskew) between the differential outputs should not exceed 15ns.
  5. Temperature Considerations:

    • Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
    • Store the device within the temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
  6. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
    • Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions during handling and installation.
  7. Layout and PCB Design:

    • Use short traces for differential pairs to minimize signal degradation.
    • Place decoupling capacitors close to the power pins to ensure stable operation.
  8. Testing:

    • Verify the supply voltage and signal levels using a multimeter or oscilloscope.
    • Test the propagation delay and skew using a high-speed digital analyzer.
  9. Compliance:

    • Ensure that the device meets all relevant industry standards and regulations for your application.
