Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect the VCC pin to a stable power supply within the range of 2.7V to 3.6V.
    • Connect the GND pin to the ground.
  2. Interface Selection:

    • For I2C communication, connect SDA and SCL pins to the corresponding I2C lines on your microcontroller.
    • For SPI communication, connect MOSI, MISO, SCLK, and CS pins to the corresponding SPI lines on your microcontroller.
  3. Initialization:

    • Send the initialization command sequence as specified in the datasheet to configure the touch controller.
    • Set the desired parameters such as touch sensitivity, active area, and other settings using the configuration commands.
  4. Data Reading:

    • Read the touch data from the touch controller by sending read commands over the selected interface.
    • The touch data will include the coordinates of the touch points and the number of active touch points.
  5. Firmware Updates:

    • If required, update the firmware using the provided programming tool and follow the firmware update procedure in the datasheet.
  6. Power Management:

    • To enter standby mode, send the standby command to the controller. This will reduce power consumption to less than 10渭A.
    • To exit standby mode, send the wake-up command.
  7. Handling and Storage:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid ESD damage.
    • Store the device in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
  8. Troubleshooting:

    • If the touch screen does not respond, check the power supply and interface connections.
    • Ensure that the firmware is up-to-date and the initialization sequence is correctly implemented.
