Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect Vcc to +5.0V ± 0.5V.
    • Connect Vss to ground.

    • Apply the data to be written to the data lines.
    • Data will be written to the selected memory location after the access time (6 ns).
  7. Cycle Time:

    • Ensure that the minimum cycle time (8 ns) is maintained between consecutive operations.
  8. Temperature Considerations:

    • Operate the device within the specified temperature range (-40°C to 85°C) to ensure reliable performance.
