Instructions for Use:
Supply Voltage (VCC):
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 10V to 20V. The device will not function correctly outside this range.
High-Side Driver Output Voltage (VOH):
- The output high-level voltage should be around 15V when the load current is 10 mA. This ensures proper driving of the high-side MOSFET.
Low-Side Driver Output Voltage (VOL):
- The output low-level voltage should be around 0.9V when the load current is 1 A. This ensures the low-side MOSFET is properly turned off.
Input High-Level Voltage (VIH):
- The input high-level voltage should be between 2V and 20V. Inputs below 2V may not be recognized as high.
Input Low-Level Voltage (VIL):
- The input low-level voltage should be between 0.8V and 1.5V. Inputs above 1.5V may not be recognized as low.
Propagation Delay Time (td):
- The typical propagation delay time is 50 ns at a supply voltage of 15V and a load current of 10 mA. This delay can vary between 30 ns and 70 ns.
Pulse Width Distortion (tpd):
- The maximum pulse width distortion between the high-side and low-side drivers is 20 ns. This ensures that the timing between the two drivers is synchronized.
Maximum Operating Junction Temperature (TJ(max)):
- The device can operate up to a junction temperature of 150°C. Exceeding this temperature can cause damage or malfunction.
Storage Temperature Range (TSTG):
- The device can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 150°C. Ensure storage conditions do not exceed these limits to avoid damage.
Additional Notes:
- Always ensure proper heat dissipation when operating the device at high currents or temperatures.
- Use appropriate decoupling capacitors close to the power pins to minimize noise and ensure stable operation.
- Refer to the datasheet for detailed application notes and circuit diagrams.
