Forward Current:

- The collector current (IC) should not exceed 15 mA to avoid damaging the device.
Current Transfer Ratio (CTR):
- The CTR is the ratio of the collector current (IC) to the forward current (IF). It ranges from 20% to 600% depending on the operating conditions.
- Use the CTR to determine the appropriate forward current for a given load current.
Timing Parameters:
- The rise time (tr) and fall time (tf) are important for high-speed applications. They are typically between 2 and 5 渭s.
Temperature Considerations:
