  4. Timing:

    • The propagation delay time (tpHL and tpLH) is typically 1.2 to 1.8 microseconds when the input voltage is 5V and the output current is 1A.
  5. Temperature:

    • Store the device in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C.
