Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5 to 5.5V.
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable ground reference.
Programming:
- Apply the programming voltage (VP) of 12.5 ± 0.5V to the appropriate pins during the write cycle.
- The write cycle time (tWC) is 8 milliseconds.
Erase:
- Expose the device to UV light with a wavelength of 253.7nm and an intensity of 10 to 20 mW/cm2 for 15 to 30 minutes to erase the contents.
- After erasure, the device can be reprogrammed.
Operation:
- The access time (tAC) is 150 nanoseconds, ensuring fast data retrieval.
- The standby current (ISB) is 20 microamperes, and the active current (ICC) is 30 milliamperes.
Temperature Considerations:
- Operate the device within the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
- Store the device within the temperature range of -65°C to +150°C.
Data Retention:
- The device retains data for up to 10 years under normal operating conditions.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid damage from static electricity and physical stress.
- Follow proper handling procedures to ensure reliable performance and longevity.
