Instructions for Use:
Forward Voltage (VF):
- Ensure that the forward voltage across the input LED does not exceed 1.6V when the forward current is 10mA.
Peak Forward Current (IF(PK)):
- The peak forward current should not exceed 50mA for a pulse width of 10ms and a duty cycle of 1%.
Continuous Forward Current (IF):
- The continuous forward current through the input LED should not exceed 10mA.
Reverse Voltage (VR):
- The reverse voltage across the input LED should not exceed 5V.
Output Collector-Emitter Saturation Voltage (VCE(SAT)):
- When the output transistor is saturated, the collector-emitter voltage should be between 0.3V and 0.5V with a collector current of 10mA and a VCE of 5V.
Output Collector Current (IC):
- The maximum collector current through the output transistor should not exceed 10mA at a VCE of 5V.
Isolation Voltage (RMS) (VIORMS):
- The device provides an isolation voltage of up to 5000V RMS.
Operating Temperature Range (TA):
- The device can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
