Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 2.7V to 3.6V.
- The standby current (Icc) should be monitored to ensure it does not exceed 50μA at 3.0V.
Operating Conditions:
- The device operates optimally at temperatures between -40°C and 85°C.
- Store the device in an environment with temperatures ranging from -65°C to 150°C.
Programming:
- Apply a programming voltage (Vpp) of 12V to 13.5V.
- The programming current (Ipp) should be between 25mA and 50mA.
Erase:
- Apply an erase voltage (Verase) of 12V to 13.5V.
- The typical erase time is 5 seconds, but it can take up to 10 seconds.
Timing Parameters:
- Ensure the access time (tACC) is within 70ns to 90ns.
- The cycle time (tCYC) should be between 140ns and 180ns.
Input/Output Levels:
- Verify that the input high voltage (VIH) is at least 2.0V and the input low voltage (VIL) is no more than 0.8V.
- The output high voltage (VOH) should be at least 2.4V, and the output low voltage (VOL) should be no more than 0.4V.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
- Follow proper soldering techniques to prevent thermal stress.
