  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the power supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified range (typically 5 V).
  2. Forward Current:

    • The forward current (IF) should not exceed 30 mA continuously.
    • For pulse applications, the peak forward current (IF(PK)) can be up to 1.5 A with a pulse width ≤ 1 ms and duty cycle ≤ 1%.
  3. Reverse Voltage:

    • Do not apply a reverse voltage greater than 5 V to avoid damage.
  4. Isolation:

    • The device provides isolation up to 3750 Vrms for 1 minute at 50/60 Hz.
  5. Output Load:

    • The output collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) should not exceed 30 V.
    • The output collector current (IC) should not exceed 10 mA.
  6. Timing:

    • The turn-on time (ton) and turn-off time (toff) are typically 1 μs but can be up to 5 μs under standard conditions.
  7. Temperature:

    • Store the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 110°C.
    • Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
  8. Handling:
