Instructions for Use:

1. Installation:

   • Ensure the sensor is installed in a location where it will not be subjected to mechanical stress or damage.
   • Use the M12 4-pin connector for secure connection to the control system.

2. Power Supply:

   • Connect the positive terminal (Brown wire) to the positive supply voltage (10 to 30 VDC).
   • Connect the negative terminal (Blue wire) to the ground (0 V).

3. Output Connection:

   • Connect the output terminal (Black wire) to the input of your control device.
   • The white wire is the common terminal and should be connected to the ground (0 V) of the control device.

4. Adjustment:

   • Adjust the detection range using the potentiometer on the sensor to achieve the desired sensitivity.
   • Turn the potentiometer clockwise to increase the detection range and counterclockwise to decrease it.

5. Operation:

   • When an object enters the detection range, the sensor will activate the output, causing the black wire to sink current to ground.
   • The output will remain active as long as the object is within the detection range.

6. Maintenance:

   • Regularly inspect the sensor for any signs of damage or dirt that may affect performance.
   • Clean the sensor lens with a soft, dry cloth if necessary.

7. Safety:

   • Ensure all connections are secure and correct before powering the sensor.
   • Do not exceed the maximum operating voltage or current ratings.
   • Avoid exposing the sensor to extreme temperatures or environments beyond its specified ratings.
