  1. Voltage Ratings:

  2. Current Ratings:

  3. On-Resistance (RDS(on)):

    • At VGS = 10V, the on-resistance is typically 0.055惟 to 0.085惟.
    • At VGS = 4.5V, the on-resistance increases to 0.085惟 to 0.125惟. Ensure adequate VGS for low resistance operation.
  4. Capacitance:

    • Input capacitance (Ciss) is typically 110pF to 170pF.
    • Output capacitance (Coss) is typically 30pF to 45pF.
    • Reverse transfer capacitance (Crss) is typically 20pF to 30pF. These values affect switching performance and should be considered in circuit design.
  5. Thermal Management:

    • The junction temperature (TJ) should be kept between -55掳C and 150掳C.
    • Proper heat sinking or cooling mechanisms may be required to manage heat dissipation, especially in high-power applications.
