Instructions:

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure that the relay is installed in a location where it will not be subjected to excessive vibration or mechanical shock.
    • Mount the relay on a flat, stable surface using the provided mounting holes.
  2. Wiring:

    • Connect the coil terminals to the 12 VDC power supply.
    • Connect the load to the normally open (NO) and common (COM) contacts for switching operations.
    • The normally closed (NC) contact can be used as a fail-safe connection if required.
  3. Operation:

    • When the coil is energized, the normally open (NO) contact will close, and the normally closed (NC) contact will open.
    • When the coil is de-energized, the contacts will return to their default positions.
  4. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Clean the relay with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
  5. Safety:

    • Do not exceed the rated voltage and current specifications.
    • Ensure proper grounding and isolation to prevent electrical hazards.
    • Avoid operating the relay in environments with high humidity or corrosive gases.
  6. Storage:

    • Store the relay in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
    • Keep the relay in its original packaging until ready for use to protect against static discharge.
