Instructions for Use

  1. Input Connection:

    • Connect the control signal to the input terminals of the relay.
    • Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (3 to 32 VDC).
  2. Output Connection:

    • Connect the load to the output terminals of the relay.
    • Ensure the load voltage and current are within the specified ranges (110 to 277 VAC, 12 A max).
  3. Mounting:

    • Mount the relay on a suitable PCB using surface mount technology (SMD).
    • Ensure proper soldering and cooling to prevent overheating.
  4. Operation:

    • When the input voltage is applied, the relay will turn on and allow current to flow through the load.
    • When the input voltage is removed, the relay will turn off and block current flow.
  5. Safety Precautions:

    • Ensure the isolation voltage is not exceeded to avoid electrical shock or damage.
    • Do not exceed the maximum operating temperature to prevent failure.
    • Use appropriate fuses and circuit protection devices to safeguard against overcurrent conditions.
  6. Storage:

    • Store the relay in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  7. Troubleshooting:

    • If the relay does not switch, check the input voltage and connections.
    • If the relay is overheating, ensure proper ventilation and heat dissipation.
    • If the relay fails, replace it with a new one and check the load and control circuit for issues.
