1. Mounting:

   • Do not exceed the maximum RMS on-state current (IT(RMS)) or peak on-state current (I(TSM)).
   • Ensure the off-state voltage (VDRM/VRRM) does not exceed 600V.
   • Keep the junction temperature (TJ) below 125掳C to prevent thermal runaway.

4. Storage and Handling:

   • Store the BTA25-600B in a dry environment within the storage temperature range (-40 to 125掳C).
