Instructions for Using the ULN2068B:

  1. Supply Voltage:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V for reliable operation.
  2. Input Voltage:

    • For high-level input, the voltage should be between 2.0V and 5.5V.
    • For low-level input, the voltage should be between 0V and 0.8V.
  3. Input Current:

    • The input current at high level (IIH) should not exceed 1.0mA when VIH is 5V.
    • The input current at low level (IIL) should not exceed 0.1mA when VIL is 0V.
  4. Output Current:

    • Each channel can sink up to 500mA of current.
    • The total output current (IT) should not exceed 1500mA.
  5. Output Voltage (Saturation):

    • When sinking 500mA, the output voltage (VOS) will be approximately 1.5V.
  6. Temperature Range:

    • The operating temperature range (TA) is from -40掳C to 85掳C.
    • The storage temperature range (TSTG) is from -65掳C to 150掳C.
  7. Handling and Storage:

    • Store the device in a dry environment to prevent moisture damage.
    • Handle with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the device.
  8. Circuit Design:
