Instructions
Installation:
- Ensure that the relay is installed in a location where it will not be exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or mechanical stress.
- Mount the relay on a flat, stable surface using the provided mounting holes or solder lugs.
Wiring:
- Connect the coil terminals to the appropriate 12V DC power supply.
- Connect the common (COM), normally open (NO), and normally closed (NC) contacts to the circuit you wish to control.
Operation:
- When the coil is energized, the relay will switch the contacts from the NC position to the NO position.
- When the coil is de-energized, the contacts will return to the NC position.
Testing:
- Use a multimeter to verify the continuity between the COM and NC/NO contacts before and after energizing the coil.
- Ensure that the relay operates smoothly and without any abnormal noise.
Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
- Clean the relay with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust and debris.
Safety:
- Do not exceed the maximum ratings specified in the parameter table.
- Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or testing.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling electrical components.
