Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the power supply to the Vcc pin and ground (GND) pin.
  2. Output Configuration:

    • The output current (Iout) should not exceed 200mA.
    • Connect the load to the output (OUT) pin and ground (GND) pin.
  3. Quiescent and Shutdown Current:

    • The quiescent current (Iq) is typically around 0.3渭A.
    • To put the device into shutdown mode, apply a low signal to the shutdown (SD) pin. The shutdown current (Isd) will be approximately 0.1渭A.
  4. Output Voltage Regulation:

    • When Vcc is 5V, the output voltage (Vout) should be regulated to 5V 卤 2.5%.
  5. Temperature Considerations:

    • The operating temperature (Topr) range is from -40掳C to 85掳C.
    • The storage temperature (Tstg) range is from -65掳C to 150掳C.
    • Ensure the thermal resistance (胃JA) is considered for proper heat dissipation, typically 120掳C/W.
  6. Thermal Management:
