Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect VCC to a stable 3.3V power supply.
    • Connect GND to a common ground.
  2. Clock Signal:

    • Apply a clock signal to the CLK pin with a frequency up to 100 MHz.
  3. Addressing:

    • Apply the desired address to the address lines (A0-A13).
  4. Data Input/Output:

    • For write operations, apply the data to the data lines (D0-D8) and assert the write enable (WE#) and chip select (CS#) signals.
    • For read operations, assert the chip select (CS#) and output enable (OE#) signals to read data from the data lines (D0-D8).
  5. Control Signals:

    • WE# (Write Enable): Active low. When low, data on the data lines is written to the addressed location.
    • CS# (Chip Select): Active low. When low, the device is selected and can perform read/write operations.
    • OE# (Output Enable): Active low. When low, the data lines are enabled for reading.
  6. Timing:

    • Ensure that all timing parameters, such as setup and hold times for address and data lines, are met to avoid data corruption.
  7. Power Management:

    • To reduce power consumption, de-assert the chip select (CS#) when the device is not in use to enter standby mode.
  8. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static damage. Use proper ESD protection measures.
