Instructions for Use:
Power Supply Connection:
- Connect the input voltage (VIN) to the positive terminal and ground (GND) to the negative terminal.
- Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (4.5V to 16V).
Output Configuration:
- Adjust the output voltage (VOUT) using the external resistor network if the module is not pre-set.
- The output voltage can be set between 3.3V and 5V.
Load Connection:
- Connect the load to the output terminals (VOUT and GND).
- Ensure the load current does not exceed 250mA.
Thermal Management:
- Ensure adequate heat dissipation, especially at higher input voltages and output currents.
- Use a heatsink if necessary to keep the operating temperature within the specified range.
Testing:
- Before connecting the load, test the output voltage with a multimeter to ensure it is within the desired range.
- Monitor the temperature and efficiency during operation to ensure optimal performance.
Storage:
- Store the module in a dry environment within the storage temperature range (-55掳C to 125掳C).
Safety:
- Do not exceed the maximum ratings to avoid damage to the module.
- Ensure proper grounding and isolation to prevent electrical hazards.
