Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the VCC pin to a stable power source.
  2. Standby Mode:

    • To minimize power consumption, ensure all outputs are turned off when not in use.
  3. Output Configuration:

    • The output high voltage (VOH) should be at least 4.2V when the output current (IO) is -10渭A.
    • The output low voltage (VOL) should be no more than 0.8V when the output current (IO) is 16mA.
  4. Input Levels:

    • For a valid high input (VIH), the voltage must be between 2.0V and 5.0V.
    • For a valid low input (VIL), the voltage must be between 0V and 2.0V.
  5. Current Limits:

    • The maximum input current (IIH) should not exceed 10渭A when the input voltage (VIH) is 5V.
    • The maximum output current (IOH) should not exceed 20mA when the output high voltage (VOH) is 4.5V.
  6. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay (tpd) should be considered when designing timing circuits. It ranges from 10ns to 20ns under typical conditions.
  7. Handling and Storage:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
    • Store in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture damage.
  8. Testing and Troubleshooting:

    • Verify the supply voltage and connections before testing.
    • Use a multimeter to check the output voltages and currents.
    • If the device does not function as expected, check for proper grounding and signal integrity.
