Instructions
Power Supply:
- Connect the input voltage (3.3V to 5V DC) to the VCC and GND pins.
Control Signal:
- Apply a control signal to the IN pin to switch the relay on or off.
- A high signal (3.3V to 5V) will activate the relay, and a low signal (0V) will deactivate it.
Load Connection:
- Connect the load between the COM (Common) and NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) terminals.
- For normally open operation, connect the load between COM and NO.
- For normally closed operation, connect the load between COM and NC.
Safety Precautions:
- Ensure that the load current does not exceed the contact rating of the relay.
- Avoid connecting the relay to high-voltage circuits without proper insulation and safety measures.
- Do not operate the relay in environments with excessive dust, moisture, or corrosive gases.
Mounting:
- Mount the relay module on a PCB or a suitable surface using the provided mounting holes.
- Ensure that the module is securely fastened to prevent mechanical stress on the connections.
Testing:
- Before connecting the load, test the relay by applying a control signal and verifying the switching action using a multimeter or a continuity tester.
Troubleshooting:
- If the relay does not switch, check the power supply, control signal, and connections.
- If the relay clicks but does not switch the load, check the load and the relay contacts for any issues.
