Instructions for Using REF01CP

  1. Power Supply Connection:

    • Connect the input voltage (VI) to the VIN pin.
    • Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (2.7V to 36V).
  2. Output Connection:

    • Connect the output voltage (VO) to the VOUT pin.
    • The typical output voltage is 2.5V with no load.
  3. Ground Connection:

    • Connect the ground (GND) pin to the common ground of your circuit.
  4. Capacitor Requirements:

    • Place a 0.1μF ceramic capacitor between the VOUT and GND pins as close as possible to the device to ensure stability.
    • Optionally, a 10μF tantalum capacitor can be added in parallel for additional filtering.
  5. Thermal Considerations:

    • Ensure adequate heat dissipation if the device is operating at high current or in high ambient temperatures.
    • The maximum operating temperature is 85°C, and the storage temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
  6. Load Regulation:

    • The device maintains a very low load regulation of 0.01% over the output current range from 0 to 10mA.
  7. Line Regulation:

    • The line regulation is also very low at 0.01%, ensuring stable output voltage over the input voltage range.
