Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the VCC pin.
- Connect the negative terminal of the power supply to the GND pin.
Output Connection:
- The output is an open collector, so connect a pull-up resistor between the VCC and the OUT pin.
- The typical value for the pull-up resistor is 1k惟 to 10k惟.
Magnetic Field Sensing:
- Place the sensor in the magnetic field you wish to detect.
- The sensor will switch its output when the magnetic field strength exceeds the sensitivity threshold (Bop for operation, Brp for release).
Wiring Example:
- VCC to +5V (or your supply voltage)
- GND to Ground
- OUT to the input of your microcontroller or other device, with a pull-up resistor to VCC.
Handling Precautions:
- Avoid exposing the sensor to temperatures outside the operating range.
- Ensure that the current through the output does not exceed 20mA to prevent damage.
- Handle the sensor with care to avoid mechanical stress on the package.
Testing:
- Apply a magnetic field near the sensor and observe the output change from high to low (or vice versa) using a multimeter or oscilloscope.
Storage:
- Store the sensor in a dry, cool place away from strong magnetic fields and static electricity.
