Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect Vcc to the positive supply (4.5V to 5.5V).
    • Connect Vss to ground.
  2. Programming:

    • Apply Vpp (12.0V to 13.0V) to the appropriate pin during programming.
    • Ensure the programming current does not exceed 25mA.
  3. Addressing:

  4. Reading Data:

  5. Writing Data:

    • Apply the programming voltage (Vpp) and wait for the write cycle time (4ms).
  6. Erasing:

    • Expose the device to UV light (253.7nm wavelength) for 20 minutes to erase the contents.
  7. Handling:
