Instructions for Using IL485
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
- The operating current (Icc) can vary between 10mA and 30mA depending on the load.
Input Levels:
- For a high input level (VIH), the voltage should be between 2V and 5.5V.
- For a low input level (VIL), the voltage should be between 0V and 0.8V.
Output Levels:
- When the output is high (VOH), the voltage should be between 2.4V and 5V with a sink current (IOH) of -4mA.
- When the output is low (VOL), the voltage should be between 0V and 0.4V with a source current (IOL) of 16mA.
Timing Parameters:
- The propagation delay (tpd) should be between 0.2渭s and 0.5渭s.
- The rise time (tr) and fall time (tf) should both be between 0.1渭s and 0.3渭s.
Temperature Range:
- The device operates reliably within a temperature range of -40掳C to 85掳C.
- The storage temperature range is from -65掳C to 150掳C.
Handling and Storage:
- Store the device in a dry, cool place to avoid moisture damage.
- Handle with care to prevent static discharge, which can damage the device.
Application Notes:
- Use appropriate decoupling capacitors near the power supply pins to ensure stable operation.
- Ensure proper grounding and shielding to minimize noise and interference.
Schematic Integration:
- Connect the Vcc pin to the positive supply and GND to the ground.
- Connect the input and output pins according to your specific application requirements.
