Instructions for Use

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the relay is installed in a clean, dry environment.
    • Mount the relay on a PCB using the through-hole terminals.
    • Solder the terminals securely to ensure a reliable connection.
  2. Coil Connection:

    • Connect the coil terminals to a 24V DC power supply.
    • Ensure the polarity is correct to avoid damage to the relay.
  3. Contact Connection:

    • Connect the load to the common (COM) and normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) contacts as required.
    • Ensure the load current does not exceed the contact rating.
  4. Operation:

    • When the coil is energized, the common contact will switch from the normally closed (NC) to the normally open (NO) position.
    • When the coil is de-energized, the common contact will return to the normally closed (NC) position.
  5. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Clean the relay with a soft, dry cloth if necessary.
    • Do not use abrasive materials or solvents that could damage the relay.
  6. Storage:

    • Store the relay in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
    • Avoid exposure to corrosive substances.
  7. Safety Precautions:

    • Always disconnect power before handling the relay.
    • Follow all local electrical codes and regulations.
    • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with electrical components.
