Instructions for TEA1995T:

  1. Power Supply Connection:

    • Connect the supply voltage (Vcc) between 4.5V and 5.5V to the Vcc pin.
    • Ensure proper decoupling capacitors are placed close to the Vcc pin to stabilize the power supply.
  2. Speaker Connection:

    • Connect the speaker to the OUT+ and OUT- pins. The maximum output power is 200mW into a 32惟 load.
  3. Shutdown Control:

    • Apply a voltage less than 0.8V to the SD pin to put the device into low-power shutdown mode.
    • Apply a voltage greater than 2.8V to the SD pin to activate normal operation.
  4. EMI Considerations:

    • Place the TEA1995T as close as possible to the power source and ground plane to minimize EMI.
    • Use the internal EMI filter effectively by ensuring signal paths are short and direct.
  5. Thermal Management:

    • Ensure adequate heat dissipation if operating near maximum power levels.
    • Place the device in an area with good airflow or use a heatsink if necessary.
  6. Signal Input:

    • Connect audio signals to the IN+ and IN- pins. Ensure the input signal is within the specified voltage range to prevent distortion.
  7. Testing and Verification:

    • Verify all connections before powering the device.
    • Monitor the output for correct performance and ensure no excessive distortion or noise is present.
